TERMS OF SERVICE – Margiello SNKRS

Margiello SNKRS is an independent shoemaker brand specializing in handcrafted sneaker customization and limited-edition artistic releases.

By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

• Margiello SNKRS provides a customization service performed on original footwear
• We do not manufacture mass-produced sneakers
• We modify authentic, legally acquired products
• We are not affiliated with Nike or any other brands

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made service, not a standard retail product.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All orders must be paid in full upfront
• Production begins only after payment confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

3. PRODUCTION TIME

• All products are made-to-order or limited releases
• Estimated production time: 8–10 weeks (approx. 2.5 months)
• Production time may vary depending on:
  • complexity of the project
  • material availability
  • current workload

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

• Each pair is handmade and unique
• Minor variations are natural and not defects
• Colors, textures, and details may slightly differ from references

By placing a custom order, you accept the artistic interpretation of the design.

5. NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS (CUSTOM WORK)

• All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable
• This applies once production has started

By placing an order, you explicitly waive your right to withdrawal for personalized goods (in accordance with EU law).

6. LIMITED RELEASES

• Limited products may be available in small quantities
• All sales are final unless the item is defective

7. CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may only be cancelled before production begins
• Once production has started, cancellation is not possible

8. DEFECTS & CLAIMS

• If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• Each case will be reviewed individually

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for providing correct:
  • size
  • shipping details
  • design specifications

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All designs, concepts, and branding remain property of Margiello SNKRS
• You may not reproduce, resell, or copy our work without permission

11. CUSTOM DESIGN CONTENT

• You confirm you have rights to all submitted references
• You are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues

We reserve the right to refuse designs that may infringe third-party rights.

12. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• wear and tear from normal use

• improper use of the product

• delays caused by shipping carriers

13. SHIPPING

• Shipping times vary depending on location
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

14. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

• By placing an order, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
• Custom work is a service performed over time and is non-reversible

We reserve the right to provide all necessary documentation to payment providers in case of disputes.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
